About
Trust is the beginning of everything, no matter if it’s business or personal. We believe that transparency, openness and honesty are the key factors to create healthy, positive and long-lasting relationships. This makes a great foundation to build trust, credibility and faith into eachother, which again helps tremendously to raise the quality and velocity of every project done together. As a trainer and teacher, we are on a mission to empower teams to deliver software engineering excellence. Period.
Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.
“Without communication, there is no relationship. Without respect, there is no love. Without
trust, there’s no reason to continue.”
Our commitment is expressed by our actions and contributions to the community, no matter if it’s public speaking, lecturing, giving seminars or writing books about software development. And yes. We are very, very committed. Therefore, we look forward to every new challenge and are happy to meet you there.
The singlet state in quantum mechanics inspires the name of our company. In a simplified manner, you could say singlet state = maximum entanglement = minimum energy (most optimal energy). Translated into business, it would mean getting the best results in the most efficient way possible.
That is why we attach great importance to our core values of honesty, openness and transparency. In this way, we reach your goals fast with minimum energy, because trust opened the door for working together closely and at eye level. The surplus of energy and speed creates momentum, and momentum leads to excellence.
That’s the way we like to collaborate, and the reason we are Singlet.
